The Skycamp 3.0 sets up in under a minute thanks to its gas strut-assisted design. There's no need to remove your bedding before closing. Takedown is just as quick—perfect for quick overnights or long road trips.

Mounting Requirements

The Skycamp 3.0 (Full-Size) is compatible with most vehicles that have a roof rack or crossbars rated for a minimum dynamic load of 165 lbs (75 kg). It comes with everything you need to mount the tent at home using basic tools and an extra set of hands.

Roof Rack & Crossbar Guidelines

Crossbar Width: Must not exceed 3.5” wide or 1.5” tall to fit included brackets

Note: Not all factory crossbars meet RTT weight requirements. Aftermarket racks from Yakima, Thule, Rhino-Rack, and Prinsu are generally recommended.

Gloss Black - A high-shine automotive finish that offers a sleek, premium look. Gloss surfaces can show micro-scratches and dust more easily, so regular washing and occasional waxing help maintain the shine. We recommend using our Glossy Shell Wax for best results.

Rocky Black - A rugged, textured coating designed for extra durability and scratch resistance. The matte surface hides wear well and only requires mild soap and water for cleaning. Avoid abrasive brushes or pressure washing, which can damage the textured finish.

HC Steps - Step pads for the ladder—wide, grippy surfaces make climbing in safer and more comfortable.
Storage Rack 3.0 - Heavy-duty 600D Oxford polyester organizer with six pockets, two mesh sections, MOLLE webbing, and a Velcro patch area. Easily mounts to the accessory rings on the rail underneath the extension panel.
