| In the past, we have to cut the rubber on the 3.0 mounting brackets to allow the brackets to clamp closer together and tighter onto the crossbars. You cannot mount directly to the rack. We have spoken with the GOBI manufacturer/CEO and he has informed us that the 3.0 brackets work as long as they are tightened to max capacity |
