For Roof Top Tents (Freight Shipments)
If you received a tracking number (often a PRO or BOL number) but aren’t seeing updates yet, this is completely normal.
What to expect:
Tracking usually becomes active 24–48 hours after pickup.
Weekend or holiday pickups may take a bit longer to show movement.
Carriers sometimes delay scanning, even after the shipment is already on the way.
What to do:
• Wait 1–2 business days after receiving your tracking number.
• If it still hasn’t updated after that window, reach out and we’ll look into it.
For Accessories (Ground Shipments)
Ground carriers are currently experiencing delays in scanning and updating tracking, even when shipments have already left our warehouse.
Important note:
We see the same tracking information you do, and carriers typically cannot provide more detail until the first scan occurs.
What to expect:
Tracking may take 24–72 hours to show the first update.
Packages often move through multiple facilities before the first scan appears.
This does not mean your order hasn’t shipped—it’s usually already in transit.
What to do:
• Give tracking 2–3 business days to update.
• If no updates appear after that window, feel free to contact us. However, we usually have access to the same tracking updates.
Why this happens:
Carriers batch-scan pallets, miss initial scans, or move shipments before the first scan hits the system. This is especially common during busy seasons or in certain regions.
