Rooftop Tents: 2-Year Limited Warranty

For 2 years from the date of purchase, iKamper will replace (at our discretion) defective parts at no cost to you. While we provide the replacement parts, installation is the customer’s responsibility.

This Warranty Covers:

  • Purchases made directly from iKamper.com or from an authorized iKamper dealer

  • “Garage Sale” tents sold at our Kent, WA showroom—with limited exclusions noted at time of purchase

Please Note:

  • Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims.

  • Products not branded by iKamper are covered by the manufacturer’s own warranty.

  • Second-hand purchases are not eligible for warranty coverage.

What’s Not Covered:

  • UV damage to fabric or paint

  • Normal wear and tear or cosmetic blemishes from use

  • Accidental or intentional damage (misuse, abuse, etc.)

  • Damage from natural events (storms, wind, etc.)

  • Cosmetic changes that don’t affect product function

Kitchen Systems, Sleep Systems, & Rooftop Tent Accessories

All Kitchen Systems, Sleep Systems, and Rooftop Tent Accessories sold by iKamper are protected by a 1-Year Limited Warranty from the date of purchase.

During this 12-month period, if any part of the product is found to be defective due to materials or workmanship, we’ll repair or replace it at no cost to you (at our discretion). While we’ll provide any necessary replacement parts, customers are responsible for installation and any associated labor.

This Warranty Covers:

  • Defects in manufacturing or materials

  • Products purchased directly from iKamper.com or an authorized iKamper dealer

  • Items used under normal, intended conditions

This Warranty Does Not Cover:

  • Normal wear and tear from regular use (e.g. scratches, fading, fabric pilling, Ultra-violet (UV) damage to fabric or paint)

  • Damage caused by misuse, abuse, or modification

  • Cosmetic changes that do not affect functionality

  • Damage caused by weather, natural disasters, or accidents

  • Products purchased second-hand or from unauthorized sellers

Warranty Issues Outside of the US or Canada

Our team supports warranty issues for the US and Canada only. For issues outside of those countries, please contact the distributer or a dealer in your country. You can find local distributors and dealers using our dealer locator.

How to Submit a Warranty Claim

To start a warranty claim, please complete our Warranty Form at the bottom of this page. Once submitted, our team will review the details and respond as quickly as possible. Due to the complexity of certain claims, please allow up to 10 business days for a response.
