Check Your Skycamp Version: Look at your tent serial number or purchase date to identify if it’s 1.0, 2.0, or 3.0.
Measure Your Roof Rack: Ensure the bracket aligns with your crossbars.
Use All Included Hardware: Don’t mix bracket generations, hardware is designed for specific versions.
Inspect & Maintain: Periodically check bolts and clamps for tightness during your camping season.
Warnings & Safety Notes
Follow Load Ratings: Always check your vehicle’s roof capacity and crossbar specifications.
Proper Alignment is Critical: Misaligned brackets can damage the tent or roof rack, or prevent full deployment.
Regular Checks: Inspect brackets before and after every trip, especially after off-road use.
