Roof Top Tents, Racks, and ExoShell 270 Awnings
Before Shipping:
Orders can be canceled prior to shipping by contacting our Customer Support team.
Refunds may take up to 10 business days to appear in your account.
After Shipping Confirmation:
If your order has already been picked up by the freight carrier, a 15% cancellation fee will be deducted from your refund to cover shipping and handling costs.
If you need to change your delivery address after shipment, you are responsible for any re-consignment or holding fees charged by the carrier.
After Delivery:
Unfortunately, no returns or refunds are available once a Roof Top Tent (RTT), Rack, or ExoShell has been delivered or picked up.
Warranty Support
All iKamper roof top tents include a 2-year limited warranty to ensure quality and peace of mind. For warranty details, visit our Warranty Page.
Accessories, Kitchen Gear, and Sleep Systems
You may cancel accessory orders prior to shipping by contacting our Customer Experience team. Once shipped, these items are eligible for return or exchange within 30 days of the shipping date.
Accessory Return Requirements
Items must be unused and in their original condition and packaging.
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
The cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email.
If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method and may take up to 10 business days to process.
