Can I purchase spare parts that aren't on the website?

Yes. The website includes our most commonly requested replacement parts, but we stock many others that are not listed online. Some parts require confirmation to ensure correct fitment for your tent, and others simply have not been added to the store yet.

If you are looking for a specific replacement part, contact our customer service team and include:

  • Your tent model

  • A brief description of the part

  • Photos (if possible)
